About Walker and Sons Building

Walker and Sons Building is locally owned and operated. Owner, Web Walker began his career in the construction and contracting industry in 1975 working part-time and after school doing framing and punch work for various local builders.

Through his 40 years experience in the industry, he has taken on a number of positions, gaining knowledge and experience in every aspect of home building, construction, and remodeling. Web spent 18 years working with one of the largest national builders in the United States where he began his work as a superintendent and moved up through the ranks to the position of National Vice President of Construction.

In 2006 Web opened his own company and Walker and Sons Building was born. Our goal here at Walker and Sons Building is to provide exceptional quality and outstanding customer service with every project we work on. We have built many homes in North Carolina and have completed a number of large commercial projects and numerous renovations.

Walker and Sons Building is a family operation with Web and two of the three sons being involved with the business. We truly are a family run company and we take great pride in building quality homes. We accept nothing but the best with our name attached to it!

Web and his crew remodeled our 2 bathrooms that were originally from the 70's--I still had a gold tub, commode and sink--my popcorn ceiling was falling down--the floor was not level and the toilets rocked--the spaces were tight and cramped. Web and his crew removed all the old components and incorporated a hall closet into the main bathroom design. They leveled the floors and the walls, installed walk-in tiled showers, installed tile flooring , crown molding, new vanities, toilets, light fixtures, mirrors, a bench shower seat and grab bars for safety, painted the walls and trim and installed a pocket door in the main bathroom and a barn door in the smaller bathroom. They were friendly, dependable, trustworthy and respectful of my home. Web and his son, Zack, listened to my ideas and incorporated all the design elements I was looking for--if there were any issues, they were addressed to my satisfaction. I was so happy with the end result--we are really enjoying our up to date and functional bathrooms! I plan on having them return to install crown molding, remove more popcorn ceilings and install new bedroom doors. I highly recommend them!"
